Shipping Policy

Coverage Area We ship throughout Mexico via our logistics operator. Delivery times may vary depending on the geographical location of the destination.

Delivery Times The estimated delivery time within the Mexican Republic is 3 to 5 business days from payment confirmation. Metropolitan areas usually receive their orders sooner. Rural or difficult-to-access areas may require up to 7 business days.

Shipping Cost Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your postal code. We offer free shipping on orders exceeding the minimum amount indicated in our store. Check the store announcement bar for the current promotion.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipment Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@celldermal.com.mx.

Delivery Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of placing the order. CellDermal is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages If you receive your package in visibly damaged condition or if your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the situation.
