Return Policy
Return Period We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of product receipt. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
Product Condition For a return to be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, intact packaging. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or show damage caused by the customer.
Defective Products or Transit Damage If you receive a defective product or one damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with photographs of the product and packaging. In such cases, we cover the return and replacement costs.
Return Process
- Send an email to info@celldermal.com.mx with your order number and reason for the return.
- You will receive instructions for shipping the product.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a defective product or our error.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
Refunds Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original product following the described process.
Exceptions We do not accept returns for products on sale or with a special discount, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
